Mike has been selling Real Estate in the Coeur d'Alene area since 1994 and been working at Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty since 1998. Since that time, he has been the top selling agent in the Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty's Coeur d'Alene office 8 times. However, his primary goal is customer satisfaction and referrals, priding himself in quality of work and client satisfaction. He achieves this through listening, honesty and hard work.

It has a direct link into the Coeur d'Alene Multiple Listing Service. It is updated more often, has more listings and is more accurate than Zillow or Trulia.

Attended the Idaho Association of Realtors Convention multiple times.  Designations I hold are: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), e-PRO (Internet Marketing Designation), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), Graduate of the Ninja Selling System, CSSS (Certified Short Sale Specialist) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource). I have been a member of the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence multiple times. I wanted to find a real estate agent I could trust. I looked up real estate agents in Coeur d'Alene on the internet and found Mike and Kathy McNamara.
